Joel is a phenomenal realtor. I have never purchased a house before, so I was skeptical about what a realtor actually does and if they're worth the cost. Working with Joel blew my preconceptions out of the water. Not only did he save us almost $20,000, his fees came out of the seller's pocket. This meant that we paid nothing for his extremely valuable services which, even if we did have to pay, would have been worth it by a long shot. He advocated for several repairs that the owner paid for, and Joel was able to knock down the price of the house by several thousand as well. Throughout the whole process he went above and beyond with his generosity, communication, and user-friendly guidance. He was impressively knowledgeable with all things real estate, and was able to simplify this otherwise-overwhelming undertaking. Going through this process without him would have been unthinkable.
